
In July of 2008 InTouch Mobile was created to uncover lucrative opportunities within the wireless industry. The Company spent six months looking at private retailers and going through multiple phases of due diligence, however, the team could not find anything that fit their seemingly simple criteria - an exclusive contract and clean records. It seemed the wireless industry was tainted by tax evasion and immoral business owners whose model and company culture clashed with InTouch's strict code of ethics. Although the Company did not complete an acquisition, the founders gained extensive knowledge of the wireless industry and what it takes to be a successful exclusive retailer. The business plan that was developed from such knowledge awarded the team a Limited contract which was used to build the first Limited store on the West Coast.
Since the first Limited store was built on the West Coast the team has accomplished substantial internal and external growth. During this time T-Mobile also went through numerous changes and developed new programs from the information and feedback supplied by Limited retailers that has lead to a fully branded program. InTouch will continue growing through the new branded program that allows our company to provide a seamless experience to customers.
